Event on 2013-07-09 13:30:00
For business and professional development: The many forms of social media are evolving quickly, transforming how businesses and professionals connect or nurture a customer base. The potential payoff is enormous, but where do you start? What are the do’s and don’ts? In this class you will establish a plan and a platform to better engage, share, and market or promote your business or career on Facebook and Twitter. This class tackles overall engagement and conversion strategy, how to build and manage your pages, planning what to post to each page (and why), and how to measure results. Everything is broken down into actionable bites, and links to resources are posted on a Facebook page (of course!) ahead of class. Bring your laptop and your admin passwords for web sites and social media pages.
