South East Consultation Event
Event on 2013-01-30 14:00:00
The IPI is currently preparing a Corporate Plan and an accompanying Business Plan. A key part of the process is consulting to get feedback as to what the key objectives should be and how these can be delivered and measured. On 30th January a facilitated workshop will take place at 2pm in Colbeck Room, Menapia Building (over House of Waterford Crystal), Waterford. If you wish to participate please confirm your attendance by Wednesday 16th January via this Eventbrite page or email@example.com. An Issues Paper will be issued in advance. It is open to members and non members.
Some opportunities to engage in the process are the online survey being issued by email on 10th December and the facilitated workshops being held across Ireland in the New Year. These workshops will discuss the areas below, the Issues Paper and any other matters regarding the Institute and its role and operations you wish to raise.
It is envisaged that the following key areas, inter alia, will be reviewed during the preparation of the Plan:
• existing organisational structures;
• membership services;
• public relations, communications & branding;
• membership profile & recognition of professional qualifications;
• relationship to other Institutes in Ireland;
• the role of the Institute in training and education;
• the role of the Institute in policy formulation;
• funding mechanisms, and;
• core expenditure.
If you are not available to attend a workshop the Corporate Plan steering group welcome any comments or suggestions by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and all members are encouraged to complete the online survey in December.
