Across Australia, the National Broadband Network is being rolled out, representing enormous possibilities and new opportunities for businesses to change their business models, increase efficiencies and increase their reach.
Are you a Queensland based business struggling to keep up with new advances in technology and digital marketing strategies?
Would you like the opportunity to learn how to survive and thrive in the digital age through a new, heavily Government subsidised state-wide program aimed at helping you get online and succeed online?
The Get Up To Speed program is for all businesses to raise their skills and knowledge surrounding current and emerging digital technologies and digital skills.
The program is funded by Skills Queensland; presented by BroadbandToday.com.au (an amalgamation of 120 councils across Australia and New Zealand) and is being delivered by The Creative Collective, an agency with extensive experience in delivering training on behalf of Government organisations.
This 12 week program features a live event, webinars, elessons, an extensive resource portal & more and is your opportunity to innovate and transform the way you currently do business, for the better.
Importantly the majority of the program will be conducted online, with recordings and material made available for you to access at a time that suits you.
The program will feature one live event (this info session) as well as weekly webinars, weekly eLessons, a private Facebook group and a dedicated online resource portal
Participants will also benefit from gaining accreditation for taking part in the program through a Registered Training Organisation – Australiasian Leadership Academy.

A multi-award winning business woman including winning the Commonwealth Bank Business Owner of the Year at the Telstra Business Women's Awards, Queensland in 2010 her current focus is The Creative Collective, a Queensland based creative agency offering an array of services and training, and awardshub.com – an online portal for business owners wanting to find business awards they may be able to enter.
Yvette has assisted thousands of businesses to get online and succeed online and is passionate about increasing the digital capabilities of Queensland businesses by embracing new technologies and online trends. She is regularly called on by media and as a public speaker to talk about topics related to the digital economy, digital marketing and achieving online success.
Zoe is a Social Media Marketing Specialist, Speaker, Trainer, Manager and Internet Entrepreneur, operating multiple businesses from her laptop while traveling the world. Born and bred in Townsville, today Zoe has a Twitter following in excess of 50,000, over 60,000 views of her training videos on YouTube plus thousands of friends on Facebook & Linkedin. Given this, it’s no wonder she was recently selected to attend the "10 for10" internet marketing training intensive in New York.
Zoe is the Social Media Specialist for The Creative Collective and will share her extensive experience of using Social Media Marketing to grow her own businesses to show program participants how to achieve social media success.
