Meet the Panelists

Social Media Strategist, Speaker, and Consultant Ruoyun Xu aims to empower her clients to connect and build relationships with their communities online through education and training. As the founder of C3Nami, she works with her team to help small and medium businesses and entrepreneurs ensure their online presence is in line with their mission and brand, and utilizes social media to it’s fullest level of influence. Ruoyun focuses on a personal one-on-one approach and attention to detail to help her clients walk away with a clear vision and the tools and understanding they need to manage their brand.

Before founding C3Nami, Ruoyun worked in the social media realm before Facebook even had Business Pages in 2010. Her diverse background in sales, marketing, event planning and business development allows her to offer a holistic view of how their digital marketing should operate in the big picture.

The CDC further indicates that between 20% and 50% of all antibiotics prescribed in U.S. acute care hospitals are either unnecessary or inappropriate. In September 2014, the Presidents Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) recommended a federal action that would make the inclusion of an antibiotic stewardship program a requirement to participate in Medicare by December 2017. In the executive summary presented to the President, PCAST states, Over the last decade, however, this brewing problem (antibiotic resistance) has become a crisis, and this situation threatens patient care, economic growth, public health, agriculture, economic security, and national security.
