Our first speaker is Gio Rock, Salesforce Solution Engineering super star.  Our second speaker is now confirmed as Claire Austin, soon to be Content Marketing Lead ANZ for a major social media channel.  Speak Bio's Giordana Rock Six years ago, Giordana was a receptionist, had never heard of Salesforce or CRM. She is now a Lead Solution Engineer for Salesforce. Giordana has had global recognition for telling her story on a recent LinkedIn blog article, even receiving a personal email from the co-founder of Salesforce, Parker Harris. With determination, curiosity and being at the right place at the right time, Giordana has made a career of architecting and building solutions for customers globally. She now has 5 Salesforce Certifications, led over 20 projects globally, is a scrum master and now gets to speak to the biggest companies in Australia about the possibilities Salesforce can bring to improve their business. Claire Austin  Studying French and Spanish at university, Claire's background could not be further from the IT industry if it tried. It wasn't until the rise of social media marketing that Claire found herself in the new world of data, programs, digital and IT. Claire built one the most successful social media content marketing teams in Sydney and globally for her old agency, King Content and has created award winning strategies for the likes for Lenovo, Panasonic, Primo, Griffith University, NRMA and AMP.
