The Marketplace at Tech Center located at 12090 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, VA is hosting its first annual Farmers Market and Craft Fair beginning Saturday July 1st and extending through October, this market and craft fair will be held from 9am-1pm. Shoppers have an opportunity to browse among the areas best produce and local crafters in one unified location.

Also, your opportunity to sale and build new relationships with prospective customers for future sales awaits you by joining us at our series of markets and craft fairs!

There is a lot of foot traffic in this shopping center! This invitation extends to a variety of local vendors and crafters. This would be a great opportunity for you to sale your crafts and other handmade goods in an established market and promote yourselves in the community.

The Certified Farmers’ Market at the Promenade Mall in Temecula is a great weekday market. Located outside JCPenney on Wednesday mornings, it is the perfect place to grab your mid-week groceries.

There are over 15 local farmers with a wonderful variety and selection of produce including goat cheese and honey. Our gourmet food section has kettle corn, Mexican entrees, baked goods and sweets, fresh artisan bread, and hummus. Stroll a little farther and you will find handmade jewelry and crafts, eco-friendly bath and body products, and even all-natural dog food.

About the TaSH
The Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow (TaSH) Farmers Market ( was launched in 2015 by a group of local residents. Its mission is to improve access to quality locally produced food; and to educate the community about sustainability, food, health and food justice by bringing a more vibrant and engaging farmers market experience to the community. The TaSH is powered by Rivertowns Village Green Inc., a non-profit corporation run by local volunteers from both Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Shreveport Farmers' Market provides a place for farmers to come and sell fruits and vegetables. The market offers as many as 85 vendors every Tuesday and Saturday during the market season.

Farmers and artisans sell local produce, herbs, plants and fresh cut flowers, canned goods, honey, and baked goods. Other treats include ethically-raised meats, wine, coffee, and arts and craft items such as homemade soaps, decorated gourds, and primitive paintings. Operating hours are from 7 a.m.-noon on Saturdays and 3 p.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesdays.
