As Chief Marketing Officer, he is responsible for Provident Loan’s advertising and public relations campaigns including signage, brochures, website design and maintenance, content marketing, SEO, social media, direct marketing, community event sponsorships, and referral programs.   Scott works directly with the creative team to write Provident Loan’s popular TV & radio commercials while working with an outside media agency to secure the widest target reach at an affordable cost. He also monitors ROI on all Provident Loan marketing initiatives.   Scott has an extensive background in marketing, advertising, public relations, project management, writing, directing, and customer user experience. He was a principal consultant for many NYC not-for-profit arts organizations and a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto. He has designed and implemented employee engagement programs and internal communication videos and short films for Fortune 500 clients.   Many years ago, Scott was a member of The Second City Canadian National Touring Company and appeared in several Off-Broadway plays. He is the former board president of Artistic New Directions theatre and continues to volunteer and fundraise for the performing arts.
