Welcome to the exciting world of Dairy of Happy Entrepreneurs Program. where quality, diversity and bringing you some great events is our goal.We are looking for some superior vendors with unique products and services who are interested and selling product, not only selling their products. But, consultants that have the qualities of a Successful Happy Consultant. We are looking for women/men who are busy. (Busy people get the most done) We want vendors who are motivated, want more, need more and are willing to do the work.We want vendors who not only want to just sell to friends and family member, but want to meet real customers and new clients to add to there list.
This event will be promoted by Q-98 and Foxy 99 radio station. The Fayeteville Observer, The Robesonian, Daily Journal, Independent, the exchange and Bladen Journal.
Enclosed is our Introductory brochures, and a application , and the basic rules and regulations for being a vendor at The Diary of Happy Entrepreneurs Business Expo.

Insurance: All vendors will pay a .00 which will include Comprehensive General Liability insurance with the limit of ,000,000 on file in the mall listed as additional insured before opening the doors for business. An exact listing of the additional insured requirements is accessible in the Mall Office. In which Step It Up A Notch Entertainment will be responsible for A Certificate of Insurance as evidence of required insurance shall be filed with the Mall representative.
Fees: Total payment is due by November 18 in order for your information to be place in brochures, booklets and all other promotional materials. Once Promotional materials is ready for print each vendor, Person who brought a ad space and sponsor will receive a copy through email to double check to see if there printed information is correct. You will have seven day to send any corrected needed to be done. Please check for spelling errors and format of pictures.
Security Deposited: A security Deposited of .00 is due in advance to hold your space. You must contact the office to make payment arrangement and the full total must be do by November 18, 2013 by 12 pm midnight for your information to be place in the promotional material.Handling of the Security Deposit shall be subject to the terms of the License Agreement.
Signs: ABSOLUTELY NO HAND- WRITTEN SIGNS. signs must be in plexi or appropriate holders and not tape to the tables, walls or glass.Visual Merchandising: Vendors store appearance must meet the approval of the Mall Management at all times. Mall Management reserves the right to require the Licensee to utilize a Visual Merchandiser at the Licensee's expense.
Merchandise: Vendors (Licensees may only sell and/or display merchandise agreed upon and listed in the merchandise. Any changes or additional to merchandise sold or displayed must be pre-approved by Step It Up A Notch Entertainment and Documented by the Mall Management,

Vendors (Licensee) Must clearly post any return policy, preferably next to the cash wrap. This will help with customer complaints.
Set Up Time: Set up time will began at 8:00 am. We ask that all vendors be set up and ready before 10:00 am to the Mall opening. Stocking and Deliveries should take place before the Mall open if possible. If deliveries are made during the day, immediately unpack merchandise and removed boxes to the nearest outside trash dumpster.
Storage/Neatness: Personal items, such as jackets, handbags, briefcases, trash cans, etc. should be stored outside of the customer's view. Vendors may place stock under tables as long as it is not see able to the public eyes. Extra stock is not permitted on the floor where customers can see it at any time. Cash register area must be kept clean at all times. No additional appliances such as radios, heaters or fan are permitted.
Dress Code of Conduct: Appearance and Professionalism are the imperative to the success of you business All ways kept your area neat,clean and professional in demeanor and appearance at all times.
The following is unacceptable at any location and in the common area of the center.
1. Barking or Hawking sales techniques
2. Newspapers, radios, computer games, etc
3. Loitering with friends or family- includes children of operators
4. Naps or sleeping at vendors tables this includes sitting on or having one's feet propped up on the RMU
5. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages.
The following is considered acceptable at the location in the common area of the center.
1. Handing out flyers or other promotional with prior approval from Mall Management
2. Eating and drinking is allowed for short meals if it is done discretely and disposed of immediately
3. Cleaning under and around your area is encouraged
4. rearranging of displays and signage is permitted and encouraged
Signatures: Vendor (Licensee acknowledge and recognizes that its failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations on the document or in the License Agreement for the duration of the term of this agreement will cause a loss of goodwill to be a repenting vendors.
