In the Best-of-the-Best PSO comparisons, the top 11 firms achieved an on-time project delivery percentage of 87.7% and attain a level of 79.2% of reference clients. These results help the Best-of-the-Best also achieve higher average revenue per project, $ 252K versus $ 185k for all other firms, and per-employee annual revenue of $ 216K versus $ 163K.
Service Performance Insight conducted an in-depth analysis of the top five percent of PS Maturity benchmark participants for the past six years. Based on their research, top performers tend to be more specialized, and because of their excellent reputations, a significant portion of the business comes through referrals.
