Getting started: Learning the marketing basics for your small business
We’ve asked Lisa Garwood of nativeBrand to run this workshop. We’ll be looking at what marketing is and why it is important for the success of your business.
We’ll start by understanding the key components of a successful marketing strategy, how to select the most appropriate tactics from your marketing toolkit to enchant and engage your customer audience, and create a plan you can fit around your day to day responsibilities as a business owner.
The workshop will round off with an opportunity to ask questions and finish up with a summary of the morning.
Who’s it aimed at: Small business owners from start-ups (first year) or businesses 2 + years down the line who have yet to work marketing into their business successfully
Lisa Garwood runs nativeBrand a full service marketing and branding agency, which works with local small business owners to grow their businesses through sound marketing strategy and creative brand thinking. This is a "bare bones" outline, so we can include lots of things that people want to hear about. You'll be invited to submit your questions and take part in a discussion befopre the event so that you get the answers you need.
