In this event we will discuss best practices on user acquisition with Marketing experts. We expect to have SLP alumni, experienced entrepreneurs and startup advisors to join the event for a panel discussion. Goal is to learn from successful founders and exprienced advisors/mentors.
You also will be able to connect with other founders and learn about the Startup Leadership Program, which is a world class training program and network operating in 22 locations throughout the world. The application period for the next class of the Startup Leadership Program (SLP) has opened. SLP will be accepting applications until August 1 (round 1 ends on July 15).

Ann is Director at PR Hacker and founder and executive director at Uknowme. She specializes in PR and User Acquisition Marketing and has over 8 years of experience in Public Relations, Online Marketing and Social Media. Her startup clients include Waze, Phorce, Klooff, Scholaroo and Babelverse. She is recipient of 2010 Verizon Small Business Leadership Award and was awarded Startup Chile in 2011, a government funded tech accelerator in Santiago, Chile. She graduated from University of California.
Cort is a professional SEO and content marketing strategist. Before moving to S.F., he owned an entertainment website for two years, doubling web traffic in 12 months through SEO and news jacking. Most recently he worked for a coding bootcamp in San Francisco, where he increased student applications by over 50%, adding roughly -k in revenue per month. He currently consults for marketing agencies, design agencies and startups. You can find him at Parisoma where he is an official mentor and guest speaker.
