For all University of Portsmouth Research and Academic Staff
Dr Rita Fontinha, Research Fellow at the Portsmouth Business School, will introduce participants to Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), which is widely used in business, marketing, management, HRM, accounting, medicine, biology, psychology and educational science. SEM can help you improve your research by providing more accurate data analyses. In order to work with SEM, Rita will demonstrate how to use the software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures), an add-on module for SPSS, providing an opportunity for participants to interact with the program.
