Onboarding – Vana HCM Onboarding streamlines and automates the onboarding of new hires into the organization by offering a configurable task-based solution including the ability for new hires to complete and updates personal and contact information, direct deposit, complete and print W-4, I-9, as well as electronically acknowledge and accept required company documentation. In addition, new hires can start collaborating with the right people to ensure new hires are engaged and connected with those that matter.
