Join Women In Growth Marketing on Meetup to be the first to hear about upcoming events! Get ready for an action packed deep dive into B2B growth marketing! You'll hear about some of the most impactful growth tactics and strategies being used to build the fastest growing B2B startups in the Bay Area. Women growth leaders from Segment, Mindjet, Greenhouse Software, and PokitDok will present their learnings in a lightening presentation format. Our four speakers will each do a 10 minute deep dive presentation on one critical facet of growth for B2B companies. Then, we will have a 20 minute session of audience Q & A for the panel. This event is for: Founders Marketers Product managers Designers Engineers Data scientists Analysts who focus driving growth at B2B startups. This event is not about growth hacking. You will not learn quick and dirty hacks to grow your product. True growth (the kind these women produce!) is about building sustainable, long-term processes that infuse growth into the DNA of your company. These women will share with you how some of the most successful growth practitioners in the Bay Area strategically drive growth at their companies. Both women and men are welcome to attend! Speakers Diana Smith – Diana is the Director of Marketing at Segment, a customer data hub for integrating growth tools with the flip of a switch. Diana gets her hands dirty in all things marketing, from defining the brand voice and writing product messaging, to building activation campaigns and collaborating with integration partners, to optimization. Melissa Matlins – Melissa is the Vice President of Demand Generation and Global Marketing Operations for Mindjet, the world’s leading platform to help brands build and manage innovation programs with crowdsourcing, mind mapping, big data analytics, and game mechanics. Melissa is marketing leader with a passion for working with technology ventures to achieve goals for growth. She specializes in lead generation, demand generation, user acquisition, content marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics and metrics. Barbra Gago – Barbra is the Head of Marketing at Greenhouse, a software platform that optimizes the entire recruiting process, from finding better candidates to conducting more focused interviews to making data-driven hiring decisions. Barbra is a strategic marketing director with 8+ years experience using digital and social technology to build brands, loyalty, drive online acquisition and revenue for SaaS start-ups and global technology brands. She is currently the Head of Marketing at Greenhouse Software and is helping companies optimize their recruiting capacities to scale and compete for the best talent. Natalie Cann – Natalie is the VP of Marketing at PokitDok, a cloud-based platform that streamlines healthcare transactions, from improving patient engagement, to submitting claims more efficiently. PokitDok is a great example of a B2B2C company that sits squarely in the middle of the spectrum between B2C and B2B startups. Prior to heading up marketing at PokitDok, Natalie was the Directory of Marketing at Marin Software. She has a track record in the last 5 years as Head of Growth developing marketing foundations, teams and innovative programs for two companies that IPO'd and one that was acquired.
