(Pending approval for ACHE Category 1 Face-To-Face Credit.)

The Washington State Healthcare Executive Forum, in partnership with the University of Washington MHA Student Association and Health Services Department, cordially invite you to join us in an evening of networking, inspirational stories, and takeaways to support career progression.

Program Description: This is a panel discussion focused on leadership development and successful strategies utilized to navigate the unique challenges women may face in the workplace and as leaders in healthcare.  We will share stories about ways to progress your career and skills required for future success, as well as leadership styles and ways to define your style.  These strategies are important for professionals to leverage and foster and support competencies for diversity in the workplace.

A reception, with hors d’oeuvres and beverages, will follow.

Target Audience:  Both men and women — student, early and mid-career professionals, and senior leaders interested in leveraging or fostering these strategies.
