Event on 2015-04-24 07:30:00
Most BACN members have reached what used to be known as “a certain age”—you know, the age that comes with hot flashes for women and hair loss for men. Our seniority and experience means we have a lot to offer our clients, but it also means we may be uncomfortable around younger CEOs and managers—especially if we’ve read negative press about Millennials.

Lee McEnany Caraher, author of Millennials & Management, explains the mistakes that older generations make in dealing with Millennials.
Lee has cracked the code on communication and decision making styles to help make you more effective with your millennial clients and prospects.
