Oxford City Football Club, Inc. (OTCQB:OXFC) CEO Thomas Anthony Guerriero announced Friday the signing of a new goalkeeper from the US: Victor Francoz. Francoz was born in Fleurieu Sur Saone, France. Most recently Francoz has been playing for Old Dominion University in the USA. He was named an honorable mention All-American as a freshman, a third team NAIA All-American and Second Team NSCAA Division All-American in his sophomore season. Francoz also achieved note-worthy accolades such as being named to TopDrawerSoccer.coms National Team of the Week.
